Carl has over 25 years of financial services experience and at Retirement Plan Consulting Group he is focused on assisting our clients implement and manage successful Retirement programs for participants. Carl has extensive experience assisting plan sponsors with their Fiduciary obligations, Plan Design assistance, investment consulting and structuring education programs for companies.
Prior to joining RPCG, Carl was an Investment Advisor at JP Morgan Chase where he assisted high net-worth clients with wealth planning. Carl graduated from New York University with a BS in Finance and holds an Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation (AIF).
Carl resides in West Islip with his wife & two children. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family boating on the South Shore of Long Island.

My credentials as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) reflect my commitment to delivering tailored, result driven solutions in both areas of my practice.
Based in Huntington, NY I am connected to the NY Metro area’s vibrant community, supporting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Alzheimer’s Association of Long Island. Outside of work, you will find me enjoying family time, playing tennis or golf, and exploring local dining and entertainment.
Tim has over 20 years of financial services experience and at Retirement Plan Consulting Group he is focused on business development, client management and conducting investment research for plan sponsor clients. Tim has strong experience in asset management, investment analysis, portfolio theory and capital markets.
Prior to joining RPCG, Tim was an SVP at Natixis Investment Managers where he focused on defined contribution institutional sales and relationship management. Tim received a B.A. from Providence College in Social Sciences, with concentrations in Economics, Psychology and Sociology. He holds his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation, Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation and is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA). Tim also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees at The Bridges Academy, a private elementary-middle school on Long Island.
Tim resides in Brightwaters, NY with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending time with his family at the beach, cooking, sports, and music.

Linda Guzman is a dedicated professional with 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her career began in banking in 2010, where she quickly rose to the position of Relationship Manager, collaborating closely with financial advisors. In 2023, Linda transitioned to the wealth management sector, where she continues to excel in her role as a Registered Client Services Associate.
Throughout her career, Linda has been recognized for her exceptional performance, earning the 2019 Leadership Club Award and the 2020 Employee Recognition Award from HSBC. These accolades reflect her commitment to excellence and her ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Linda is passionate about her work because it offers her the opportunity to continuously learn and grow. She enjoys building relationships and listening to the experiences of others, which enriches her both personally and professionally. Her favorite aspect of her job is helping others, whether it's through simplifying a client's day or providing support to her team.
Outside of work, Linda is a devoted mother to her 13-year-old daughter, who competes on the USAG gymnastics team, keeping them busy with travel and training. Linda also prioritizes her health and fitness, staying active with daily gym sessions, spinning, running, and playing soccer every Sunday.
