I became a Financial Advisor in 1996 after working as the General Manager of a local television station – it was there that I was inspired to help others pursue their financial goals. I realized that my husband and I were missing a cohesive wealth management plan and lacked the time to handle the details of our investment portfolio. I discovered that others were also lacking a professional to help them manage all their financial needs, and I knew there was an opportunity to help.
In 2017, I went from being a solo financial advisor to forming a partnership with my son, Korey Kletschke, CFP®, ChFC®, who is also a Financial Advisor and subsequently became Branch Manager. That partnership is a large part of the team’s commitment to high-touch service and consistency. Today, our group spans multiple generations, with seven members and more than 100 years of financial services experience. This provides the structure to care for you and your family members for many years to come. As the leader of our experienced and professional team, my role is to analyze investment portfolios, oversee the creation of your investment and wealth strategies, hold periodic review discussions with clients, and develop tailored estate planning strategies. The team’s goal is to uncover and focus on your needs and ultimately provide you more time to do the things you most enjoy in life.
I am a firm believer in our community. I was born in the tri-state area, spent my childhood in Southern California, and graduated from high school in Vermillion, South Dakota. I earned a degree in Business Management from the University of South Dakota. My husband, Kal, and I reside in South Dakota. We have two grown children, Korey, my partner on the team, and Kamryn, a registered nurse, and five amazing grandchildren. I am a Sioux City native who grew up in a home where my mother worked as a financial advisor. I learned first-hand why her long hours, dedication to learning, persistence, and always putting clients’ needs first was so important. It is these principles that inspired me to become a financial advisor.
I began my financial services career in 2011, interning at Stifel’s home office in St. Louis, Missouri. After college, I worked with Principal Financial Group in their employer-sponsored retirement plan division in Cedar Falls, Iowa, then transitioned to a role working with Principal’s investment clients in their home office in Des Moines, Iowa. My passion for educating clients and helping them pursue their financial goals provided a great foundation to transition back to Siouxland to join Stifel as a Financial Advisor in 2017. In 2021, I became the Branch Manager of the local Stifel office. My role on our team is portfolio analysis, one-on-one periodic client reviews, investment planning, estate planning strategies, wealth planning, and employer-sponsored retirement plans.
I earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and continued my education by attaining the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification. My dedication to continued learning helps me serve the evolving needs of our affluent clients.
My family lives in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota. My wife, Ali, and I are proud parents to our daughters, Olivia and Adalyn, our son, Clayton, and our Golden Retrievers, Jersey and Willow. When I can carve out some free time, I enjoy working out, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. I currently serve as the president of the Siouxland Estate Planning Council and a member of 100+ Men Who Care, Sioux City Growth Organization, and Rotary Club of Sioux City. Siouxland is a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

Prior to joining Stifel, I spent several years in sales and service in the beverage distribution industry and as an optometry scribe, where I assisted with fitting glasses for an optometrist. My experiences of understanding client needs and attention to detail are helpful in upholding our service to our clients. I love this industry and am eager to learn more!

I married my high school sweetheart, Kamryn, who is a registered nurse at a local surgery center. Together, we have a son, Francis, a daughter, Fiona, a dog, and two cats. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Hawkeyes and the Packers, camping, traveling, and golfing. I am a member of Siouxland Growth Organization and the Siouxland Estate Planning Council.
I started working in the financial services industry in 2011 when I joined Met Life in Des Moines, Iowa. I later returned to Sioux City to become a life insurance agent. I found great satisfaction in helping clients plan for their futures, and in doing so, I realized there was greater opportunity to be of service by transitioning into the investment and wealth management industry, which I did in 2018. I joined the Kletschke Wealth Management Group in the local Stifel office in 2021 as a Client Service Associate, where I learned the back-office side of serving clients’ account-related needs. Four years later, I acquired Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and was promoted to a Financial Advisor Associate. My role in our group is to analyze performance data, hold periodic reviews with clients, be the lead on life, disability, and long-term care insurance needs of our clients, provide client education, and keep in touch with our clients as needed. I look forward to continuing my passion of helping people and building relationships!

I am a native of Cherokee, Iowa, and am proud to be a lifelong resident of Siouxland! Growing up as the youngest in a large, tight-knit family, I learned the value of hard work and the importance of quality relationships. These values are what I bring to our clients every day since joining our team in 2018. My role is to run our back office, handle the administrative needs for our clients, and keep our group running smoothly. Prior to joining Stifel, I spent 10 years in the mortgage department of a local bank and also worked for a local mortgage company. I employ the same attention to detail with our investment clients as I did in my previous career, where I helped mortgage clients consummate the purchase of their dream home. I earned a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance from the Business School at Wayne State College and hold Series 7 and 66 securities and insurance licenses. I have made a further commitment to advancing my industry knowledge by acquiring the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ designation from the College for Financial Planning. I am a soft soul who has never met a stranger, and love cats, camping, the Chicago Cubs, and spending time with my friends and family.
I am a Sioux City native and graduated from West High School. I have learned a lot about helping our clients through the skill set I gained from the eight years working within the local hospitality industry and our public school system. I joined Kletschke Wealth Management Group in 2022 as a Client Service Associate. I work closely with our client service team to make sure all administrative tasks behind the scenes are completed. I have loved learning about the investment and wealth management industry and meeting all of our clients! This passion led me to study and acquire Series 7 and 66 securities and life, health, and variable insurance licenses. In addition to my work supporting our group, I serve our local office as the Registered Operations Coordinator.
I am bilingual and proficient in both English and Spanish.* I enjoy spending time with friends and family, including my partner, Alex, our sons, Jonny and Benny, and our dog, Zoe. We like to spend our free time playing sports, being outdoors, and having movie nights.

I am a proud Siouxland native! My husband, Jason, and I have two adult children, three dogs, and four grand dogs. Our son, Dawson, is in the U.S. Air Force, and our daughter, Payton, is a Pharmacy Technician and Barista.
In our spare time, we like to travel to wherever Dawson and his wife are stationed and take in the local attractions. So far, we have been to the Golden Gate bridge, visited the Clydesdales at the St. Louis Budweiser Brewery, and went to the top of the St. Louis Arch.
