Doug has over 40+ years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career in 1982 as a stockbroker for Kidder Peabody, where he created a nationwide group to handle all Rule 144 transactions and employee stock option transactions. He subsequently served as director of its Restricted Transaction Group until 1995, when the firm was acquired by PaineWebber. At UBS, Doug serves as the lead Financial Advisor on 13 corporate equity compensation programs.
Doug graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1982 with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration.

For his entire career, Doug has been with UBS, where he attained the Private Wealth Advisor designation. He holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) certification and is also an Investment Management Consultant with a focus on retirement planning, allocation strategies, cash flow analysis and executing estate planning strategies for individuals as well as corporations. His corporate clients have included well-known industry leaders.
Doug is a supporter of No Greater Sacrifice and a mentor to military veterans transitioning from active duty to Wall Street through a program sponsored by American Corporate Partners. In his spare time, Doug volunteers as a high school CYO basketball coach for St. Catharine’s in Glen Rock, NJ. He also is a board member for the Archdiocese of Newark Pension. He resides in Glen Rock, NJ with his wife, Maureen, and their four children.
Doug graduated from Villanova University in 1991 with a BA in Economics and a minor in English.

Kelly started her career as a Client Associate with our team after graduation in 2004. Today, as a Financial Advisor, Kelly creates and revises comprehensive financial plans to assist clients with pursuing their financial goals. She analyzes clients’ assets, liabilities and forecasted cash flows in relation to personal and financial goals. She also works closely with corporate executives to develop stock option exercise strategies.
She holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) certification, as well as the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Kelly has also attained the Private Wealth Advisor designation.
Kelly is a supporter of No Greater Sacrifice and has been involved in fundraising for the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation. Kelly holds a B.A. in communications with a minor in business administration from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. She lives in Westport, CT with her husband, Tom, and their three children. She enjoys running half marathons, practicing yoga, and playing tennis and golf.

Patrick began his career in financial services in 2009, during the height of the Great Recession—an experience that instilled a lasting focus on risk management and long-term discipline. Today at UBS, he draws on that foundation to help clients navigate complex and evolving market environments with clarity and confidence.
Patrick holds the Private Wealth Advisor designation, as well as the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) certification and the Corporate Stock Benefit Consultant designation. He advises individuals and families—particularly corporate executives—on developing comprehensive financial strategies, with a focus on retirement planning, portfolio diversification, investment management, cash flow analysis, insurance planning, and coordination of estate planning and tax strategies with clients’ attorneys and accountants.
He has deep expertise in advising corporate executives on equity compensation, including evaluating its impact on overall financial strategies and managing concentrated positions. His specialties include 10b5-1 trading plans, block trading, and the management and disposition of restricted stock and stock options.
In addition to his professional work, Patrick is actively involved in the community. He volunteers with God’s Love We Deliver and supports organizations including The Gillian Fund and No Greater Sacrifice.
Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in Philosophy, from Rutgers University. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and attending Yankees games. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Kate, their two daughters, and their dog, Otis.
