More specifically, we may recommend select dividend-paying stocks, given that over the past 100 years, dividends have contributed nearly half of the total return from US equity markets.2 What’s more, we believe that strong balance sheets, solid free cash flow generation and low dividend payout ratios support corporations’ ability to fund continued dividend growth.
Keep in mind investing in dividend-paying stocks involves risks. Michael DaSilva - Senior Private Wealth Strategy Associate - Wealth Management
It takes a dedicated advisor with deep Private Wealth experience to help deliver the kind of exceptional service and insights that ultra-high net worth families and institutions require. For more than 30 years, Mark has been building lasting relationships with a wide-array of clients, both domestic and international, and works with many of the most successful Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds and, increasingly, key players in the entertainment industry.
As a young man, Mark endured the impact on his family when his father lost their entire savings in the stock market. The experience cemented his commitment to helping others navigate their investments and formed the cornerstone of his investment philosophy of diversification and asset allocation. As his team's portfolio manager, he oversees investment strategy, vets ideas and tracks his clients' allocations. Perhaps even more importantly, Mark promotes his well-being mantra by overseeing the team's dedication to clients' total financial health through their comprehensive planning process.
Mark began his career in the financial services industry in 1987 after leaving a successful management role at Northern Telecom. Even though he didn't yet know anyone in the industry, his determination and love of the business put him on the path to success as a financial advisor.
Outside the office, Mark has a unique 'hobby', as he describes it: "Other's play golf, I produce and act in movies." A member of the Screen Actors Guild, he has performed in a number of films, including two featuring Robert DeNiro. Mark has served as executive producer on "The Yellow Birds", "The Comedian" and "Burn Your Maps".

Todd has been in the wealth management industry for over 25 years.
Todd concentrates on providing clients with investment advice, including estate planning strategies, asset allocation, portfolio construction and manager selection. He is responsible for integrating clients' risk tolerance, needs, goals and investment experience with UBS research to fulfill clients' investment objectives.
Todd specifically works with Family Office clients to better understand their overall situation and to coordinate all of the resources at UBS to provide and implement a comprehensive multi asset class investment portfolios. The comprehensive plans incorporate financial planning, lending, tax & estate planning strategies and philanthropy into the overall investment strategy.
Michael has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He handles all operational responsibilities for our clients including trading across asset classes, account opening for individuals and complex structures, online account features and all banking services.
Michael has an exceptional combination of professional experience and a broad knowledge of financial planning - these characteristics facilitate the group’s ability to provide high quality service. Over the years, Michael has focused on client education and specializes in creating customized financial plans for our clients.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University and currently resides in New Jersey with his wife.
Joy has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his main role, Joy assists in creating customized asset management strategies providing fundamental/technical analysis, while trading across various security platforms.
Joy takes pride in his ability to put advanced concepts to work and to effectively communicate these concepts to clients. He makes an effort to simplify the investment and planning process by learning the clients’ goals and values.
Joy earned a MBA in Management from St. Peter's University, is fluent in Gujarati and resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
Nick joined UBS with The Aronoff Group following a career that started at Morgan Stanley in 2006. Nick graduated from Dickinson College in 2004 with a degree in International Studies. His credentials include Series 7, 63, 65, 31 and Life, Accident & Health licenses. Nick has moved up from his position as a Client Service Associate to Wealth Strategy Associate to Senior Wealth Strategy Associate during his time with the Aronoff Group. He is responsible for all research, asset allocation, performance analysis and prepares all Financial Goal Analysis reviews for the team's clients.
Nick lives in Lynbrook, NY and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He is an avid baseball and softball player and is extremely active at his local CrossFit gym.
Jennifer Gusz joined UBS in 2016 as a Registered Certified Service Associate. Throughout her 19 year career in the financial services industry, she has been dedicated to providing exceptional client service. Jenn focuses on the opening and maintenance of client accounts and various other administrative and operational matters. She supports her team and clients with a professional outlook while trading securities, executing money transactions, investment implementation, scheduling meetings, assisting with online set-up and navigation, and leading all other technology initiatives.
Jenn was born and raised in New York, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Baruch College. She is FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed.
