John Craddock Sr., also known as "Big John", has been working in the financial services industry since 1957.  John Sr. is one of the most experienced and qualified professionals in his field.  He is readily distinguished for his excellent market analysis skills and wealth preservation strategies.  John earned his B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College in 1955 and was on the NASD District Committee from 1981-1983.  John and his wife Emily live in Lynchburg and have three grown children, Anne Carter Craddock, John W. Craddock, Jr. and Claiborne W. Craddock II. In his free time, John enjoys watching University of Virginia sports, golf, tennis and walking.

Paul McWane began his work in the financial services industry in 1993.  His areas of expertise include retirement planning and estate planning.  Paul earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Ferrum College in 1982 and achieved the prestigious Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA) designation in 2012.  He is active in his community with St. John's Episcopal Church, Boonsboro Country Club and is an honorary board member of the Lynchburg Boys and Girls Club.  Paul and his wife Anna have two children, Holly and Katherine.  In his free time Paul enjoys running, golf, fishing and boating.

John Craddock Jr., also known as "Crash" Craddock, joined the financial services industry in 1996.  John specializes in optimizing investment portfolios by employing a comprehensive practice which examines all aspects of his clients' financial situations.  John attended Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, Virginia from 1977 through 1980. He is a proud member of First Presbyterian Church.  John and his wife, Laura, have two daughters, Cameron and Carter. He is a native of Lynchburg and, in his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and tennis, watching college athletics and reading.

Tom began his career in the financial services industry in 1972.  His areas of expertise include financial and estate planning, wealth accumulation, wealth transfer and philanthropic planning.  Tom earned his BBA from Averett College and is a graduate of Cannon Financial.  His previous board affiliations include: The American Cancer Society, The Keith Collins Memorial Men’s Golf Championship, Virginia State ACS Board and the National ACS Golf Championship Rules Committee.  Tom and his wife, Odette, have a daughter Brittany, son Casey and grandson Keith.  In his free time, he follows Virginia Tech sports and enjoys spending time with his children and grandson.

Mark started in financial services in 2007 working for The Vanguard Group outside of Philadelphia, PA and has worked in an advisor role at various firms since then.  His areas of expertise include retirement plan design, implementation, and administration, financial planning, and portfolio management.  Mark attended Houghton College in Western New York and earned his BS in Business Administration.  Mark sits on the missions committee for Mercy Presbyterian Church in Forest, Virginia.  Mark and his wife Laura have three children, Joshua, David, and Joy.  Mark enjoys playing tennis or hikes with the family in his free time.  He is also an avid Buffalo Bills fan being a native of the area.
