Gene Becker

Gene Becker is an Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Innovative Retirement Associates. Gene entered the financial services industry in 1978. He has been involved in virtually all phases of the business including Operations, Customer Support, Training and Management. He has witnessed the birth of the 401k Plan and the evolution of the IRA.
Gene specializes in strategic and dynamic retirement planning. The process begins listening attentively to his clients’ needs, goals, and objectives. From here, a customized plan eventually emerges. This plan becomes a roadmap which is used to evaluate progress over time. It allows for changes such as lifetime events as necessary and allows for scheduled reviews and updates with the client.
Gene is a history buff and also loves healthy political dialogue. He reads numerous publications and closely monitors potential changes affecting retirement and Medicare.
Prior to his involvement with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, Gene worked for Prudential Securities* and a boutique investment firm in downtown Chicago.
